Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return Policy

We hope you love your handmade jewellery purchase. As each piece is individually crafted with care, please read our returns policy below.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased from our shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

• Unworn

• In their original condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Eligible returns will be issued as a credit note only.

Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty. See Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances you may be offered:

• A repair

• A replacement

• A refund (where appropriate)

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke or Customised Jewellery

Bespoke or customised items are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

If a bespoke or customised item is faulty, we will be happy to repair or put the item right for you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
