In-Store Purchases
Items purchased from our shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Eligible returns will be issued as a credit note only.
Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty. See Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances you may be offered:
• A repair
• A replacement
• A refund (where appropriate)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Bespoke or Customised Jewellery
Bespoke or customised items are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
If a bespoke or customised item is faulty, we will be happy to repair or put the item right for you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
